Ecquaria Achieves ISO 9001: 2008 Certification
Ecquaria is pleased to announce it has successfully achieved the ISO 9001:2008 certification.
The certification marks Ecquaria’s continuous commitment to delivering excellence and quality in its software infrastructure solutions to customers through the rigours of an independent, external audit to ensure all its business management processes are effective and meet international quality standards.
The award in first quarter of 2011 is on target set by the company that saw active participation and dedication from various departments of Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Human Resources working together to improve internal efficiencies.
Dr Foong Wai Keong, President and CEO of Ecquaria likens the award certification to “a trust mark which gives customers and partners further assurance of the quality of our consultancy and software infrastructure services delivered by Ecquaria.”
“The certification is an acknowledgement of the company’s continuous efforts to strengthen employee consciousness and commitment towards improving our quality management system set in place to guide our work.
