Ecquaria clinches contract to build new tickets and summons system for The Subordinate Courts

Posted on

In its efforts to enhance the level of service to court users, the Subordinate Courts of Singapore recently awarded Ecquaria the contract to help build a new Regulatory Offences Case Management System (ROMS).

ROMS is a fully electronic system that consists of the front-end e-services application and a back-end case management system which will ensure smooth operation and flow of data between the Courts and the participating agencies in the management of e-tickets, e-summons and e-complaints etc.

When completed, ROMS will help increase productivity and efficiency of the court system in addition to putting in place a systemized and transparent process that ensures high levels of quality and timeliness in the administration of justice.

The contract award by the Subordinate Courts builds on Ecquaria’s existing pool of judiciary customers such as the Supreme Court of Singapore and the Parliament of Singapore.
