Project Manager, Professional Services

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and manage the development and implementation of Ecquaria's solutions and applications
• Manage and lead a team of developers in the entire project development life cycle

Prerequisites:

• Computer Science background or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in project management and 5 years experience in IT with good problem analysis techniques
• Knowledge of J2EE will be an advantage

Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and develop applications based on Ecquaria’s product (J2EE-based)
• Document, test, implement and maintain application systems and customize software

Prerequisites:

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science with at least 3 years software development experience in Internet technology on Unix, Win NT and LINUX
• Technical skills include proven object-oriented programming experience with Java and C++ together with extensive RDBMS through JDBC
• Experience in J2EE, Web Services, XML and AJAX will be advantageous

Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Sales of our suite of Internet products/services
• Identify, develop and manage major accounts to deliver sales targets

Prerequisites:

• Computer Science, Marketing or Business background
• At least 4-5 years' sales experience in software/hardware business, of which 2 years should be in Internet-related sales
• Proven track record with a wide network of contacts in the local and regional IT industry
• Strong understanding of Internet and e-commerce technologies
• Energetic, independent and self-motivated
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing department in leading corporate communications, including internal and external communications, press relations, advertising, collateral and sales tools development, creative, corporate branding and marketing programs

Prerequisites:

• Possess positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure-driven organization and have exceptional written and oral communications skills
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications or Marketing

Systems Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of IT systems consisting of Window / Intel platform (MS 2003 Server, MS 2005 Server) and Unix platform (SUN Solaris IBM AIX)
• Installation and configuration of Web, Application (WebSphere, WebLogic SunOne) and Database (Oracle, DB2) server
• Installation and configuration of volume manager, external storage
• Assist the application team in the troubleshooting system related issues
• Tuning and optimizing system performance
• Lias with systems vendors to make necessary arrangement for installation and support

Prerequisites:

• Well verse in Unix and Windown OS
• Well verse in Unix shell script
• Familiar with Veritas volume manager, backup
• Familiar with Oracle, DB2 installation and configuration
