30 September 2011 was the day when all staff at Ecquaria took a pause from their regular work to start their long weekend of relaxing fun and team-building activities for themselves and their families at the beaches of Phuket.

The retreat was specially organized by the company to reward staff for their hard work throughout the year and to foster team spirit.

Ecquarians who are located at customers’ sites usually have little time to interact with their colleagues. Thus, besides working hard, Ecquarians took this opportunity as a social time to re-connect with each other, build camaraderie - and simply, have fun!
