Both wins demonstrate Ecquaria’s proven experience to develop and launch mission-critical applications as well as provide best-of-breed solutions, framed on the award-winning Ecquaria Service-Oriented Platform™ (Ecquaria SOP™) for government ministries and agencies.
In essence, Ecquaria SOP™ provides a comprehensive business process-oriented software infrastructure, with built-in tools that help our customers build, integrate, and manage business processes - all in one platform.
Based on a top-down business process-driven methodology, The Platform offers SPS a collaborative environment that allows sharing of information, best practices, processes and consolidated assets across its various stakeholders in the service delivery chain.
Aimed at improving communication between the Prisons Department, community partners and volunteers, and in enhancing the recruitment of volunteers as well as in streamlining the volunteer administration process, Ecquaria helped Singapore Prison Service develop and implement the SPS Volunteer Website, its first fully automated and integrated system that is built on the Ecquaria SOP™.
More crucially, The Platform, with its built-in real-time KPI intelligence, empowers SPS to effectively and proactively track, measure and communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and hence its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - in real-time - it has established with its stakeholders, thus enabling SPS to allocate its limited resources intelligently and proactively.
The second win relates to the design, development and implementation of a Service-Oriented Library Management System to manage SPS's existing 35 inmate libraries that are spread across 10 institutions island-wide. This marks Ecquaria’s successive win from SPS in a short span of 4 months, a further testimony of Ecquaria’s unique customer-centric technology and proven solution that is capable in supporting SPS’s overall rehabilitative efforts for its inmates and its vision of being captains in the lives of offenders.
