Ecquaria was pleased to host a government delegation from Shangdong who was in Singapore in March 2009 on a study mission on Singapore's Infocomm Industry and Service Outsourcing.

Led by Mr Liang Xubin, Chief Economist and Deputy Bureau Chief, Foreign Economic and Trade Bureau of Jinan Municipality, the delegates were introduced to Ecquaria's implementation experience on building government-wide ICT infrastructures to support citizens and businesses. The team also gained much insight about the role of a homegrown private company such as Ecquaria plays as an outsourcing partner for the Singapore e-Government initiatives.
